WE ADHERE TO THE CPF CODE OF ETHICS

This charter promotes the development of a quality offering on moncompteformation.gouv.fr, based on the values of transparency, loyalty and professional ethics, which are essential to the development of a quality training offering.

We are committed to respecting the following defined commitments:

1. Hold Qualiopi certification

From 1 January 2022, Qualiopi certification (click on the link for more details) will be a sine qua non for organisations wishing to sell training courses eligible for the CPF.

2. Be the owner of the certification offered to users (or have the agreement of its owner).

If it does not own the certification in question, the training organisation must have the written agreement of its owner to offer it to learners. It must also ensure that all the necessary steps are taken to ensure that trainees are able to obtain their certification.

3. Be fair in the presentation of its offers

The training organisation must not mislead users.

4. Guarantee the sub-contracting it uses

This applies in particular to commercial canvassing. Any insistent, aggressive or misleading practice is prohibited.

5. Guarantee the confidentiality of user information

The communication of users' national insurance numbers or identifiers is formally prohibited in order to avoid any identity theft.

6. Provide information on the costs covered by the CPF

Prior to any registration, the training organisation is committed to being transparent about the costs covered and the presence of any additional costs.

7. Make it easier to search the CPF platform

In particular, this means not duplicating offers for the sole purpose of being better referenced by the CPF site search engine.

8. Plan in advance how the training will be assessed

The aim of this point is to offer training courses tailored to the needs of learners.

9. Guarantee technical and pedagogical assistance

The aim of this criterion is to offer each beneficiary the assistance, information and assessments they may need during their training.

10. Offer amicable settlement

In the event of a dispute, the organisation undertakes to offer amicable recourse to the mediation service.
