What is the CPF?
Since 2020, the State has credited your training account with €500 a year. For less-qualified employees, €800 is added to the CPF account each year. The training budget can be accumulated up to €5,000 (and €8,000 for the least qualified employees). Our language courses (with the exception of Armenian) are eligible for the CPF. This means that you can use your CPF account to finance your training projects. Contact us for more information.

CAUTION: CPF scams abound. By e-mail, text message or phone call, bogus training centres try to steal your CPF account. Be vigilant and never give out your social security number, access code to your CPF account or any other private information. The CPF: for whom?
The CPF is open to employees in the private sector and to jobseekers. Young people (aged 16 and over) entering the job market are also eligible. The self-employed also benefit from this right to training, not forgetting job seekers.
Do I have to sit an exam at the end of the course?
An examination is compulsory if you are financed via the CPF. The "LILATE" or the "CLOE" are recognised high quality tests that are eligible for the CPF. A real asset, the mark obtained in this test can be used on a CV.
What about the Mon Compte Formation mobile application?
The Mon Compte Formation mobile application is very practical. It enables millions of working people to access their rights quickly and contact training centres for more information about the course they want.
How do I finance training with the CPF?

If you don't have enough money in your account, think about asking your company to top it up. Your employer can support your training plans. Contact your HR (Human Resources) department.
I'm looking for a job. Can I use my CPF account?
Yes, you can use your CPF account for training while still registered with the Pôle Emploi.
I'm looking for a job and I don't have a CPF balance or my balance is insufficient to cover training costs. What can I do about this?
If your CPF funding is insufficient, you can contact your Pôle Emploi advisor to request a top-up.
